About Travis Raine

Founder of Intelligent Path Collective

With over 20 years of experience in operations, leadership, and continuous improvement, I’ve spent my career helping teams and businesses optimize performance, reduce waste, and implement systems that create real, lasting results. I hold a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and have led large-scale improvement initiatives across multiple high-volume manufacturing sites.

But beyond the metrics and methods, my deepest passion has always been people.

I’ve seen firsthand how powerful transformation can be when individuals are given tools, support, and space to grow. Whether it was on the production floor leading Kaizen workshops or coaching individuals 1:1, the moments that moved me most were always the same: someone realizing they were more than their title. That they had ideas. Purpose. Potential.

That’s what brought me here.

My Story

I was born and raised in the heart of south Louisiana, where I grew up playing soccer, paintball, and saxophone—and eventually fell in love with math, science, and engineering. In high school, I met my now-wife, who has been my partner in life and growth ever since.

At Texas A&M University, I joined the Corps of Cadets—the oldest student organization in Texas and the largest uniformed student body outside of the U.S. military academies. As part of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band, I didn’t just earn a degree—I cultivated the leadership, discipline, and humility that have guided me ever since. In my final year, I was honored to serve as one of three Drum Majors, leading performances before crowds of 85,000+, including the Presidential Inauguration Parade for George W. Bush.

After graduating with a degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Mathematics, I began my professional career in manufacturing—and married my high school sweetheart after seven years of dating, including three long-distance years.

Over two decades, I rose through roles from management trainee to regional continuous improvement leader. Along the way, my wife and I became parents to two incredible children. Professionally, I became deeply versed in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, behavior-based change, and systems thinking.

And yet, the more I grew externally, the more I felt called inward.

A transformative experience in the sacred mountains of Peru showed me what alignment truly feels like. Not just in business, but in life. I realized I could take everything I had learned in the world of operational excellence and bring it somewhere new—somewhere more human, more intentional, more alive.

Why I Created Intelligent Path Collective

I founded Intelligent Path Collective to bring the power of continuous improvement to people’s lives—not just their businesses. Today, I guide individuals and small business owners to optimize their habits, routines, mindset, and systems so they can live and work with more clarity, energy, and intention.

This isn’t just a profession—it’s a calling.

I’m here to help you reclaim your agency, design with purpose, and build a life (and business) that feels as good on the inside as it looks from the outside.

The path is yours. Let’s walk it—intelligently, intentionally, together.
